FAQs
do i have to pay for everything up front?
We kindly ask for a 50% deposit of your total invoice prior to ordering. The balance is due upon arrival, ahead of delivery or at time of pick up.
what if i change my mind on something i have ordered?
All special orders and custom upholstery are final sale. We are lucky to have fabric samples and similar items in our show room. Our team will ensure you will love your furniture before purchasing. Cancellations are at the discretion of Lexi + Lake and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
do you offer house visits?
Absolutely! For larger scale projects especially, we love to see your home in person to take photos, measurements and get a feel for your lifestyle. If you wish for one of our team members to come to your home, you can purchase a credit from us, that goes towards your purchase. See our services page for more details.
