What services do you offer?

We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Our Bespoke Buying is tailored for smaller scale projects and colour consultations or our Signature Service is perfect for larger scale projects, multiple rooms, renovations etc.


How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way. You can always call us directly at the store and we can get started that way.


How do payments work?

For our services; Consultation, Bespoke or Signature, we require payment in full to begin the project. Once selections have been finalized we kindly ask for a 50% deposit on all orders. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours prior to delivery or at the time of pick up.


Do you offer Delivery?

Can I return my items if I don’t like them?

Absolutely! We offer a white-glove delivery service, see more details about it under our Service page.


Any item that is ordered in and not sold off of our sales floor is considered final sale. Any cancellations or returns are at the discretion of Lexi + Lake and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. That being said if you purchase a piece from our sales floor you have up to 48hr for a full refund or exchange. Returns outside of that window will be reimbursed with a store credit.
