Caring for your Products

    Feather/Synthetic Fills

With consistent upkeep, feather cushions stay comfortable, resilient, and inviting for years. Cushions will be more fluffy and full when you first receive them. Overtime, feather cushions will start to flatten, loosen and wrinkle. Keep your feather cushions feeling plush and supportive with simple, regular care. Fluff them daily to redistribute feathers and maintain their loft, and give them a good shake or gentle pat to release trapped air.

    Marble

Built directly from the earth, marble and natural stone vary in veining, texture and color. Whether polished, sandblasted or hand-carved, every piece is uniquely its own.

Avoid using abrasive cleaners, chemical solvents, strong detergents, furniture polish, and cleaners with bleach.

    Upholstery

Different upholstery fabrics come with specific cleaning codes—such as W, S, W/S, or X—each indicating the safest way to care for and maintain your material. Because every fabric reacts differently to water, solvents, and professional treatments, it’s important to know the correct method before cleaning to avoid damage or discoloration. If you’re unsure which code applies to your piece or need guidance on proper care, please reach out—we’re happy to provide personalized information and recommendations.
